The Mariella Santoni Wedding & Event Planner Agency is responsible for the project, setup and logistical coordination of the Crete Senesi White Truffle Market Exhibition, which takes place every year in November on the first and second weekend of the month in San Giovanni d’Asso, municipality of Montalcino (Siena) Tuscany.

Bahrain
Since 2022 we have been operational partners of the Royal Team Endurance of Bahrain, an equestrian team from the aforementioned state that competes in the FEI world championship, with its two teams VICTORIOUS XIII and KHK. We are their European contacts for the logistics organization and catering service but our work ranges from the search for hotels, in strategic positions in the various places where the races take place, to the preparation and service of private banquets for the royal family, relations with the various suppliers involved in the realization of the event and find the human resources for the service. The races took place not only in big cities like Paris, Barcelona or Windsor but also in small towns in the middle of the Spanish, French or Slovakian countryside.
