The Mariella Santoni Wedding & Event Planner Agency was founded in 2006, and since then it has never stopped organizing exclusive weddings in Tuscany and Umbria. Year after year, thanks to continuous research and attention to detail, the agency has grown in the name of elegance and refinement.
Our creative mind is Mariella Santoni, a professional wedding planner who has been able to cultivate her good taste and natural organizational skills over time.
Overwhelmed by Mariella’s energy and the charm of this world there was no way back, Pietro, son and current partner, is the new driving force of our agency.
His introduction into the world of events began much earlier, working as a bartender in luxury clubs and events, first as a wingman and then as a team leader. He then decides to continue his education in the world of food & beverage by undertaking a course of study in Oenology and Viticulture from which he today takes advantage to create a sweet union between territoriality, experiences and new forces of collaboration between the various collaborators in the food sector.
Today he deals with relations with international customers and the creation of invitations, menus and everything related to the food and drink proposal.
His eclectic and sunny nature helps him to work as a team with all the suppliers and manages to make customers feel like a fundamental part of the same team, a multifaceted and flexible way of looking at the event in all areas which leads him to be available to find the right solutions for all requests that arise. Pietro is cheerful and smiling and is always the first to want to party on any occasion, after all his motto is: “a day without a smile is a day badly lived!”

Mariella has a background in economic studies which complements her unmistakable imaginative character. The desire to improve herself then led her to train as an image consultant and personal shopper at Polimoda in Florence. She later attended the Event Designer – Organization course
Public and Private Events in Milan, in the Garini Imagine studio. The Wedding Planner and Reception Scenography seminar of the Wedding Planner Academy then completed her work, making her become the professional who expertly guides our agency today.

The company consolidation, crowned by a long experience dedicated to consultancy, personal services, the organization and planning of events, has led us over the years to expand our professionalism at a national level, organizing corporate events and weddings in synergy with excellences of the places involved from time to time.

“Try to imagine…
it’s sunset time.
A light breeze touched the long row of cyprus
that block the avenue,
while under the vault all those present,
waiting for the ceremony to begin,
they seemed enveloped in the warm shade of the sun at dusk.
The altar, crowned by an auspicious scented arch,
it is set up in a small and private corner close to a hill.
The guest chairs, divided centrally
from a long white carpet,
they are surrounded by an apricot-colored satin ribbon
which ends in a beautiful orchid flower.
The words of the ritual are lost in the echo.
The only background provided is simply that
of the suggestive Tuscan hilly landscape.
But then the inviting musical notes can be heard in the distance
coming from the illuminated terrace
which signal, together with an avenue of torches,
the direction of the party.
